RSA at the Tube 2014:

New double cut saw for diameters up to 101.6 mm

The tube is not only the guiding specialist exhibition, but also the indicator of the international tube and steel processing industry. Our customers are increasingly willing to invest. Obviously the trend is away from standardized sawing centers towards customized solutions that are individually suited to the requirements of our customers Dipl.-Wirt.-Ing. An example of progress in the cutting technology is the new double cut sawing center RASACUT CC 150-2 that RSA presented at the Tube for the first time. The saw guarantees an extremely fast cutting of tubes and solid bars up to a diameter of 150 mm in a single cut and 101.6 mm in double cut. In addition a dynamic 2 or 3 meter gripper feed ensures a high output. Decisive for the new development is an intelligent interlinking with a wide variety of peripherals. No matter whether deburring, cleaning, measuring or the evacuation of tubes and solid bars made of steel and stainless steel is concerned the sawing center RASACUT CC 150-2 suits to the requirements of our customers.

Also this year RSA presented at the Tube different deburring machines and saws of the brand Häberle that the visitors could test live. Our goal is to have intensive consultations with practitioners of the pre-production on the subject of sawing and deburring said Heiko Krenn, sales manager of RSA cutting systems GmbH. The direct connection of deburring systems with preceding Häberle saws leads to shortened processing times.
