Today we illustrate a range of PEHAKA track traversing bandsaws, specially designed to customer requirements with standard parts. The machine is built with a stationary table with the main frame of the saw traversing, the advantage of this system is that it saves on space and it is recommended for longer cutting strokes. PEHAKA saws type LBS are used to cut heavy plates and blocks, shafts, bars, sections etc. of steel or non ferrous materials. The LBS saw lives up to the PEHAKA reputation of reliability and durability.
LBS 800/4000
features 4000mm length of cut, work height 400mm, throat 750mm, saw drive 5.5kW, variable speed 15-150m/min. Options: liftable powered rollers, measuring stops, cutting line laser lamp.
LBS 1200/2000
is a 3 wheel design with 2000mm cutting stroke, work height 300mm. throat cap. 1100mm, 5.5 kW, 20-120 m/min. Options:
Work stop, liftable work slides.
LBS 1200/3100
for cutting titanium plates and the like, lenght of cut 3100mm. 5.5kW saw drive motor, 20-120 m/min. Options: Powered roller tables, measuring stop, vertical material clamps.
LBS 1200/4200
with circle cutting device 300 to 2500mm built-on. cutting stroke 4200mm, throat cap. 1200mm, 700 mm height of cut. saw
drive motor 7.5kW. speed 50-800 m/min.
