BEWO reduces the cost of cutting by up to 50%

Machinefabriek Bewo BV has been established for 70 years as an innovative manufacturer and supplier of automatic metal circular sawing machines, incorporating a complete range of equipment from manual to fully automated CNC tube cutting systems. Bewo was established in 1936 as the only Dutch manufacturer of sawing equipment and has now developed into one of the worldwide market leaders in the field of sophisticated tube cutting systems. This has been achieved by constant investment in manufacturing technology, research and development and highly motivated, specialised professional engineers. Bewo plans to continue this philosophy to stay at the cutting edge of technology.

This constant philosophy of continued development includes the production of chamfering system to go alongside our existing brush deburring systems, optimising and improving the speed of both inline measuring and tube cleaning machines, the extension of our tube packaging and stacking systems and minimising the handling problems associated with the processing of small diameters tubes.
This philosophy is illustrated by our new revolutionary BEWO SCF 90 Multi offering phenomenal output rates that have to be seen to be believed (CD available), unequalled short change-over times, and an integrated Management Information System. Many of the first BEWO SCF 90 Multi customers have commented that due to the machines flexible and automated control, combined with its incredible output rates, they were able to reduce their cost per cut by up to 50%. A complete integrated BEWO SCF 90 Multi cutting line will be shown at the ' Tube & Wire 2006 ' in Düsseldorf next year.
