BEWO Cutting Systems BV “On-going developments beyond 2010”

This month BEWO Cutting Systems celebrated its second anniversary. A lot has been accomplished in a relative short period of time.
Bewo Cutting Systems has totally reviewed its existing network of agents and distributors world-wide. Besides renewing, several new countries have been added to the list of distributors who represent BEWO Cutting Systems around the world. At the Tube 2010 in Düsseldorf BEWO has presented their new automatic cutting line SCF SIGMA with SCD 90 de-burring unit and SCR-90, the newly developed robotic stacking solution. The complete integration of the automatic stacking concept/solution has been demonstrated at this years Tube 2010. The solution will mean that the cutting line will have unlimited flexibility when looking at discharge options.



















The SCF-SIGMA is able to cut up to 6 tubes at the same time, making it the most productive cutting machine currently available in the market. As a stand-alone cutting machine it will be able to achieve an astonishing output of over 15.500 pieces per hour!

The Tube2010 in Dusseldorf proved to be very successful for Bewo Cutting System.
Bewo Cutting Systems managed to secure more than 10 large projects. These projects were booked next to our standard program of stand-alone automatic cutting machines.

The large automatic cutting lines, were sold as complete solution, according to customer specification. The DCH76, ECH115/130, SCF-90 Sigma/Single automatic lines can include: cutting, de burring, blow-out systems, measuring, washing and most cases automatic stacking. The larger projects were booked in various parts of the world.

Starting the first of September we are proud to announce the opening of our office in Germany: Bewo Cutting Systems Gmbh. Starting with an experienced team including Sales- and Service Engineers, we aim to increase our activity in Central - Europe. As a result ensuring a higher service level for our customers in Germany and Eastern Europe.

BEWO Cutting Systems will remain working with a clear distribution strategy selected on geographical areas and skilled distribution networks. Weve managed to align our distributors in various parts of the world, where besides sales-tasks, our distributors will also be part of the increasingly important after-sales.

By creating a world-wide network of BEWO distributors we are convinced we will be able to satisfy our customers needs in a faster and more efficient way, for many years to come!
