Innovative technology has simply been the most important goal of BEWO for 75 years. With the approach of devising and making intelligent solutions which are that extra step ahead, further than the market is used to or even expects at that time. Tube 2012
At the Tube 2012 in Düsseldorf BEWO will present the new SIGMA cutting line with servo controlled de-burring unit, digital measuring unit and flexible stacking solution.
The Sigma on the TUBE 2012 will be able to cut up to 6 tubes at the same time, up to 7.000 pieces per hour inline and 15.500 pieces per hour as stand alone. For the more and more demanding automotive industry, the digital measuring unit will store every separately measured tube able to deliver a quality report to the end-user. The stacking unit is graphically programmed. The complete line is programmed in a cockpit touch screen control.
We set the standard for customization
BEWOs total solutions are standard total solutions for operator-free production. However, BEWO is very flexible in catering for customer specific wishes and expanding these standard solutions with numerous customised applications. Often this involves
variations in the diameter or weight of the tubes to be sawn. Or it could be varying lengths of the tubes to be sawn, or the speed at which they can be sawn. The Research & Development department of BEWO has practical customisation answers to all these customer specific wishes.
Also specializing in specific finishing modules
The total solutions from BEWO can be expanded with modules as well as with systems developed by BEWO itself. For instance, systems for performing specific finishing processes after the actual sawing, such as deburring, measuring and washing tubes.
Likewise, automatic stacking in a crate at the end of the production line using graphically programmed stacker.
